Sales at dStore.com.au rose 70% last month compared to the previous November.
Visitor traffic to the site was also up by 46%.
CEO Andrew Cooper said he was extremely pleased with the company's sales growth this year, with November being the biggest month in dStore's history.
dStore's sales have been growing at a rate of 35% a year since 2001, but has accelerated it's growth since it launched a customer initiative in September.
In responce to customer feedback, it revamped its merchandise offering and added more gift products, electronic gadgets and a range of flowers.
"Customers that have only bought CDs or DVDs from us are now buying other products, not only for themselves but as gifts."
Cooper said part of the growth could be attributed to petrol price increases.
"Consumers are increasingly appreciative of the convenience that online shopping offers, especially with petrol going up."
